We're in the final stretch of 2021 - can you believe it? If you're hiring or on the market for a new opportunity, the US Jobs report is a good barometer of what's to come.

The US added just shy of 200K jobs in September, but should continue to accelerate through the end of the year with the return of in-person learning, the end of unemployment for many, a decrease in COVID infections, a return to travel and indoor dining, and the holiday season.

Labor supply remains a challenge and is fueling wage growth in CRE and beyond, and we are looking forward to a healthier, more prosperous, and fast-paced end of the year.
