Allison: The Founder of CRE Recruiting, a boutique firm with national expertise in commercial real estate placement & consulting. I've spent the last 15 years’ working in full-cycle recruiting and human resources, while also impacting operations, marketing, and public relations.

Ben Esser: Currently a fourth-year student at The Ohio State University, majoring in Finance and Real Estate. On campus, he is involved in the Fisher Real Estate Society and the Common Cents Investment Group, where he proudly serves as president of both organizations.
